Working with existing electrical points and retro-fitting can often turn a lighting design into a daunting task…lucky for us and founder of Sage and Clare, Phoebe Bell, we love a challenge!
This project was not only the limited number of electrical points available and their positioning in the home, but there was also the challenge of developing a lighting design that would work with the architecture of the home and the beautiful wooden ceiling. The result is a beautifully lit space that brings this home into the 21st century, with nods to it’s retro 70’s heritage.
